Access Rides Policies & Guidlines
At Access Rides, our goal is to provide safe, comfortable, and reliable transportation. To ensure a positive experience for all customers, we ask that you review and follow these guidelines
Rider Etiquette
Smoking and eating are prohibited in the vehicle.
If you are sick, experiencing symptoms, or have been recently exposed to illness, please wear a mask for the safety of our drivers and other riders.
Riders are expected to treat drivers and fellow passengers with respect.
Any behavior that jeopardizes driver safety may result in suspension of service.

Booking & Time information
If you expect an appointment or outing may take longer, please book the extra time up front (e.g., 1.5–2 hours instead of 1) If a driver is asked to wait, this time must be included in your booking.
Multiple Stops - If your ride requires multiple stops, please include all locations and expected time during booking.
Unused Time Policy - Time is booked in 1/2 hour increments: If your appointment ends early (e.g., 35 minutes into a 1-hour booking), the unused time is not refundable. This allows us to reserve the vehicle and driver for you exclusively during your booked time.
Lost & Found
Notify us immediately when you realize you may have left an item behind. We provide multiple rides per day and may not find your item until the end of the day. Please contact us to arrange to retrieve your belongings.
